Music, Mountains & Meditation

Being in the mountains, meditating and creating music - what a great place to be! Whether you're an experienced musician or still learning the basics, this program is about 'entrainment' rather than entertainment. It's about developing connections within yourself, and others and of course our surrounding nature. After a meditation session, music seems to flow easier.  It's about sharing your process with others, and if you want, sharing your music. Go off and play, create,  walk and meditate, then come back and collaborate or share, all in an off-the-grid environment.
