Weekly Yin Yoga in the Yurt
One of the many effects of ageing is that our tissues start drying up! Yin is a functional style of yoga. The floor based postures specifically encourage mobility and flexibility and nourish into the joints, spine & the connective tissues of your whole body as well as increasing your overall sense of well-being. Moving slowly, poses are held for longer periods than in a typical yoga class. Enjoy long deep stretches that can release both mental and physical tension to nurture your body and mind. .

A practical benefit of group meditation is it reinforces a habit of a daily practice. We all lead busy lives, and even the best intention to meditate can get lost once in a while. Joining a group can make you more committed to your practice. Group meditation also serves to inspire other members in the group.​

The sweat lodge is open to our guests, or by iinvitation. We put on our sweatlodge during low fire danger months, and when there is sufficient water in the nearby stream for dipping. If you're interested, get in touch
