Share the property while retaining your own private spaces. One couple can use the main house while the other has the separate Fantail Cottage and Bellbird Cabin.
A couple with visiting family or friends
The additional cottage and cabin provide comfortable private accommodation when guests come to stay.
This isn't a conventional four-bedroom house. It's something rather more unusual:
The Main House
an open-plan upstairs bedroom/sleeping area plus a second smaller enclosed bedroom with its own door. The living area, kitchen and bathroom are located within the main house.
Fantail Cottage
A separate private cottage with a queen bed, offering a peaceful retreat beneath the trees with beautiful views.
The existing Fantail page already describes the cottage as having valley, mountain and Lake Hāwea views, a private garden and outdoor area.
Bellbird Cabin
A smaller separate cabin with a queen bed. It can be used as additional sleeping accommodation, a private office, studio or quiet retreat.
Bathroom facilities
The Fantail Cottage and Bellbird Cabin share a separate, modern heated toilet/shower block immediately adjacent to the cottage.
